The Cloudburst Group to Participate in Evaluation of Jail Diversion and Trauma Recovery Program for Veterans
The Cloudburst Group will provide evaluation expertise in support of a Jail Diversion and Trauma Recovery Program being implemented by the Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Continuing a series of SAMHSA-funded programs and evaluations for jail diversion, the current effort expands to include trauma recovery and aims to prioritize services to veterans. Cloudburst will be principally responsible for design and maintenance of the secure databases housing the patient-level administrative data and analysis files for the evaluation, coordinating data collection, and providing statistical analysis, as well as training and technical assistance to the local grantee implementers and evaluators on monitoring and data collection. This work will be conducted under subcontract to Advocates for Human Potential.
