The Cloudburst Group Selected by CDC to Conduct Impact Evaluation of Best Practices Key Initiatives
The Cloudburst Group has been awarded a task order to develop an evaluation plan for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention’s (DHDSP) new Best Practices Key Initiatives. Cloudburst will design an evaluation plan to serve as the framework for assessing and documenting the diffusion, use, effectiveness and impact of these projects which support DHDSP’s five year plan to identify and promote best practices across its five priority areas: reducing hypertension and cholesterol; stroke signs and symptoms; emergency response; health care; and, health disparities.
