Cloudburst Awarded Task Order under TAMS Contract at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Cloudburst has been awarded a Task Order by the CDC to develop a protocol for a Medicare Cancer Atlas in one state. Medicare datasets include a large amount of information that potentially might be useful to state Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) planning projects. However, Medicare datasets are also relatively complex and state CCC programs do not have guidelines on how to best design an atlas of cancer-related Medicare data. Cloudburst will assist CDC in selecting the state partner, developing the protocol, convening an expert panel meeting and creating CMS data request packets and data use agreements.
