Cloudburst to work at CDC’s Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (DHDSP)
Cloudburst (as a subcontractor) is assisting with the implementation of an evaluation plan created by Cloudburst under another contract that was designed to determine the uptake, use and impact of the best practices initiatives undertaken by CDC’s Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (DHDSP).
