Cloudburst
has been awarded a three-year cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Community Planning and Development-Neighborhood Stabilization
Program (NSP3) Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program to provide technical assistance
to local communities stabilize neighborhoods dealing with high numbers of foreclosures.
