Carla Linkous, M.S., P.M.P., Director,
is a certified Project Management Professional with over twelve years of program and project management experience in private, public and nonprofit sectors. She is directly responsible for the planning, implementation, and fiscal solvency for projects at Cloudburst, and has had direct responsibility for these tasks at the local, regional and state level prior to coming to Cloudburst. Ms. Linkous currently leads Cloudburst’s Public Health Practice, including directing team work under two large IDIQ contract vehicles for CDC: 1) Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion’s Technical Assistance and Management Support Services (TAMSS) 8(a); and 2) agency-wide Management Consulting and Technical Assistance (MCTA). She has extensive experience in collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders to meet community needs including voluntary boards, community grantees and health care providers, community coalitions, and
state and federal
decision-makers and funding agents.
Ms. Linkous has a M.S. in Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University and a B.S. in Sociology from Georgia Southwestern College. She is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.
