Evaluation Specialist, Global Development

As a women-owned business, The Cloudburst Group is creating impact, empowering communities, building resilience—where and when it matters.  We are seeking an Evaluation Specialist who will work across a portfolio of rigorous evaluations and assessments on our Global Development Research and Evaluation team.  This position will contribute to the implementation of all evaluation activities including research and analysis; program monitoring, evaluation, and assessments; presentation of findings and recommendations; and technical assistance, collaboration, and administration.

Participate in the development of a range of evaluation designs and data collection methodologies, which include experimental (Randomized Control Trial) and quasi-experimental (Difference in Difference, Regression Discontinuity, Instrumental Variables) methods and non-experimental methods. Conduct rigorous final evaluations in the context of missing or flawed baselines, ex-post or retrospective evaluations, and meta evaluations. International travel* (short term assignments) is required to conduct pilot and scoping studies, impact and performance evaluations, needs assessments and environmental scans.
