Cesar Castro is a trained urban planner, designer, and public affairs specialist focusing on post-disaster relief, community resilience and development, and public outreach. Mr. Castro has worked for organizations ranging from UNICEF to the City of Cambrige. He has a MUP and MDES in Risk and Resilience from the Graduate School of Design of Harvard University. He also has an MFA in Creative Writing and BAs in English and Spanish.
