Sr. Technical Assistance Provider
Simone Flores is a Senior Technical Assistance Provider who works within the Housing and Community Development practice area. She has over 20 years of experience in HUD program development and implementation, including the CDBG, ESG, HOPWA, HOME and disaster recovery programs. Her portfolio includes Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans, program policies and procedures, affordable housing development and program compliance.
Prior to joining The Cloudburst Group, Ms. Flores worked as a senior grants manager providing technical assistance on a wide range of HUD programs to states and local governments.
Ms. Flores holds a master’s in public service leadership and community and economic development from Thomas Edison State University of New Jersey.
