The Cloudburst Group is also seeking qualified consultants and subcontractors to join our growing team in our Housing and Community Development practice area. Please follow the instructions in the Cloudburst HCD RFQ:
1. Download, complete, and return the attached spreadsheet.
2. Using the examples, submit a brief biography. The biography should include fully burdened hourly rates for 2026, 2027, and 2028. Note: Organizations responding to this RFQ must include a brief biography of the organization as well as biographies of each individual providing services under this RFQ.
3. Provide resumes for all key staff.
