As a small business, we offer opportunities for individual consultants and companies to partner with us on domestic and international projects with communities and governments aimed at improving the services they provide. We value nurturing our relationships with partners to ensure long-term mutually-beneficial commitments wherever possible. 

Our teams blend in-the-field program and subject experience to:  

• collect and analyze data
• monitor and evaluate programs
• communicate evidence-based practices
• provide outcomes-focused training and technical assistance. 

Cloudburst’s work is guided by a mission to improve economic, social, and environmental resilience. To this end, many of the populations and communities we work with focus on addressing structural and institutional racism that disproportionately impacts black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), women, and LGBTQ+ people.  Cloudburst believes that effective services and solutions are created with communities and people impacted by the systems we are attempting to transform.
