Data and Evaluation Specialist
Allison Scott Pruitt is a Data and Evaluation Specialist with The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. She contributes to the design and implementation of evaluations to help end homelessness.
For over 10 years, Dr. Pruitt has worked on impact and performance evaluations with government, nonprofit, and private sectors on human services and education initiatives. Her recent work includes technical assistance and research for the Whole Person Care Medicaid demonstration, the Housing Disability Advocacy pilot program, and Office of Victims Assistance grants. While working with Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services, Dr. Pruitt also led California state policy analysis and advocacy in the areas of social services, violence prevention, and housing.
She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Colorado-Boulder, as well as a Masters of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Louisville.
