Disaster Lead, Homeless Assistance Team

Brian Roccapriore is a Disaster Lead in the Housing and Community Development practice area, focusing on homeless programs and data systems.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Roccapriore worked as the Director of HMIS and Strategic Analysis for the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness, where he developed performance dashboards and brought evidence to practice through training and technical assistance with providers. Mr. Roccapriore managed all aspects of a 1,500-user, multi-CoC implementation of HMIS in the state of Connecticut. This included the design and implementation of the state’s Coordinated Entry platform and prioritized lists directly within the system.

Mr. Roccapriore holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and worked as a process control engineer in the aerospace industry.
