Housing Development Analyst
Marybrook Cox is a Housing Development Analyst with the Housing and Community Development practice area. Her primary responsibilities include providing direct technical assistance to state and local grantees.
Ms. Cox has eight years of experience in local government. As a former community development analyst, her work focused on building internal structures to more efficiently administer CDBG- and HOME-funded housing and community development programs; she developed tools and resources to build capacity among sub-recipients. Ms. Cox holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
