Senior Technical Assistance Advisor, Housing and Community Development
Stephanie Jennings is an affordable housing and community development professional with over 20 years of experience working in the public, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors at the local, state, and national levels. At Cloudburst, she provides technical assistance to local jurisdictions and states to create strategic and impactful local, regional, and statewide affordable housing and community development programs. She has significant direct experience with Consolidated Planning, CDBG, HOME, HUD Sustainable Communities, ARRA, CARES Act, and ARP funding.
Previously, she managed her own consulting practice called Abode Community Consulting and lead the Housing Opportunities Team at the City of Eugene, Oregon for over a decade. She also served as a program officer and research fellow at the Fannie Mae Foundation where she specialized in grantmaking and research to expand affordable housing opportunities.
Ms. Jennings holds graduate degrees in Regional Planning and Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Guilford College.
